London is one of the world’s leading markets for luxury, supercar and hypercar dealerships. This directory covers official brand showrooms, independent prestige specialists and hypercar dealers that serve London buyers. Listings include brands represented, location, specialisms and whether the dealer focuses on new cars, used cars or both. Data is verified from manufacturer dealer locators, dealer websites and independent checks.
London Auto Index is not a dealer, a broker or a lead-generation site. It sells no cars and takes no listing fees, so a showroom appears here because it was verified, not because it paid to appear. Every entry below carries an official link, the source it was verified against, and the date that check was made.
The directory covers four categories that are usually treated separately: official flagship showrooms, independent prestige specialists, hypercar-only dealers, and out-of-town showrooms that serve London buyers but are not in Greater London. Where a dealer is outside Greater London, this page says so plainly rather than folding it into a London figure.

A single address can hold several franchises, and a single business can hold several addresses. Counting them as one number is how directories end up overstating the size of the London market. LAI keeps three separate counts, and uses them consistently:
- Businesses — distinct trading operations. 16 in this edition.
- Physical addresses — distinct street locations. 39 in this edition. 18–20 Bruton Street counts once, even though four marques are sold there.
- Sales points — a marque offered for sale at a location. Higher than the address count in Mayfair, because of shared showrooms.
Support sites — service centres and head offices — are counted separately again, because no cars are sold at them. If you want the answer to “how many luxury car dealerships are there in London?”, the defensible figure is 25 sales points inside Greater London, operated by 16 businesses.
London’s prestige franchise network is more concentrated, and more recently changed, than most published lists suggest. Five findings from the September 2026 verification pass are worth stating up front, because widely-circulated directories still carry the older picture:
- Aston Martin’s London representation is in transition. Stratstone’s own closure notice records that Aston Martin London closed both its Mayfair and Western Avenue sites in May 2026. H.R. Owen lists an Aston Martin London address at 14 Berkeley Square, but its Aston Martin brand page still describes that showroom as “Opening Soon.”
- There is no separate Ferrari South Kensington showroom. H.R. Owen’s current location list shows two Ferrari sites — Mayfair and Hatfield — plus a Wandsworth service centre. The Old Brompton Road site in South Kensington now houses Lamborghini London, Maserati London and H.R. Owen’s head office.
- Only one official Mercedes-Benz sales showroom was verified inside Greater London. Hedin Automotive’s Croydon site sells cars; its West Bromley site describes itself on its own page as a dedicated service centre, not a showroom. A London AMG Performance Centre could not be verified against any primary source.
- Bruton Street is now London’s hypercar cluster. Bugatti, Rimac, Hennessey and Zenvo all operate from a single address at 18–20 Bruton Street, W1J 6QD.
- North London has no prestige franchise showroom at all. Its entire verified prestige retail presence is two independents: Hexagon Classics in East Finchley and Clive Sutton in Brent.
How LAI builds this directory
Official first. Every franchise entry starts at the manufacturer’s own dealer locator or the operating group’s own location list — not at an aggregator. Commercial second. The dealer’s own website is then read for address, stock focus and services. Independent third. Where a claim conflicts, or an entity’s status is unclear, Companies House and UK trade press are used to resolve it. Community last, and never as authority. Review platforms and forums may surface a question, but they are not used to verify a fact.
Where a check fails, this page says the check failed. It does not substitute a plausible figure, and it does not quietly drop the entry.
How LAI classifies location
LAI classifies a site by administrative geography, and records the dealer’s own positioning separately. Every listing therefore carries two distinct facts: its administrative location, which is where the site actually sits within the 32 London boroughs and the City of London, and the dealer’s own positioning, which is how the business describes its own relationship to London.
These disagree more often than you would expect. Orpington sits inside the London Borough of Bromley but posts as “Kent” and its dealer describes the showroom as outside London. “Bespokes of London” is in Shepperton, Surrey. “Mayfair Prestige” is in Marylebone. All counts on this page use administrative geography; the marketing claim is reported, never counted.

These are showrooms operating under a manufacturer franchise agreement. Addresses and brand allocations were taken from the operating group’s own location list or the manufacturer’s dealer pages on 5 September 2026.

Name collision worth knowing about. Two unrelated UK businesses trade as “Mayfair Prestige”. The prestige dealer in this directory is Mayfair Prestige UK Ltd at 91 Crawford Street, W1H 2HD, at mayfairprestigeuk.co.uk. A separate business at the similar domain mayfairprestige.co.uk is a vehicle servicing, MOT and repair garage at Unit 17, Vulcan Way, New Addington Business Centre, Croydon, CR0 9UG. They are not the same company and the Croydon site is not a luxury car showroom.
3. Hypercar and supercar specialists
The hypercar tier splits cleanly in London. New hypercars are sold through franchised points, almost all of them now clustered on Bruton Street. Used and collector-grade hypercars are handled by independent specialists, most of which sit outside Greater London on the M25 corridor because the format needs floor space that central London does not offer.
